I have "friends" who were all about hanging out with me & my hubby when we were struggling financially, but now that we're handling our money better, got a better paying job, and actually have a little bit extra to bank at the end of the month, we're "showing off", "acting better than", etc. Excuse me?! Um... worked hard to get here, thank you very much! I'd rather give my daughter a little comfort than two stressed-out parents wondering where the rent's going to come from, any day of the week. YES!!!
