Ophelia wrote this post to help people who were often writing of frustration and impatience, and I must say we had our share as well. :) Every choice we make moves us in a direction...whether we 'feel' it or not. Reaching for the better feeling thought, as you say, improves both this moment and all future moments. Lately, I can see my 'gestation' time get smaller and smaller, to the point where truly, even as I'm thinking about something I often turn around and there it already is!
