Law of Attraction: Why Do We Need Problems?

Author: Shauna  |  Category: Law of Attraction

Imagine your ideal life…perfect in every way. I’ll bet this ideal of yours is off somwhere in a dim and fuzzy future, even if the goals you have are clearly defined. That future looks rosy, and you’re really going for it…but it’s still out there in ‘someday’ land…

Now imagine you are already living that life TODAY. You may have visualized this, maybe meditated about it and tried to conjure up the ‘feelings’ of it, so that by Law of Attraction you can create it…but isn’t there a part of your brain that also knew this wasn’t ‘reality’? Thus your envisioning was full of hope and was somewhat dreamlike in quality, all happy and warm and fuzzy…

I mention all of this to bring up some questions:

If you truly had all you need and want right this moment, what more would there be to DO?…Nothing to strive for, nothing to hope or wish for, no dreams to dream about…which begs the question: is it possible that we push our dreams away, keeping them in the future, so that we feel some sense of purpose and accomplishment in striving for them?

Of course the truth is that we are NEVER finished, and that once we reach a certain mountain peak, so to speak, many more beautiful and endless mountain ranges will appear…but if our current mind does not know that, could it be that we are actually keeping from ourselves the very things we say we want?…

Food for thought – that’s all!

Great food for thought, Shauna! Abraham/Hicks teaches us that our purpose is to grow, so there will always be a new “challenge,” no matter how content our world gets.

Personally, I can’t imagine life without a new challenge or a new mission. However, I CAN imagine taking on that challenge from a house on the beach with a brand-new sports car parked out front! :)

    Thanks, Aaron.

I agree, and in fact absolutley LOVE having things to look forward to and work towards…but it just occurred to me that maybe it’s a hidden reason why people do not attain the things they say they want. Thought I’d put it out there.

    Take care,

As you get what you want in this illusionary reality, you will continue to find more things that you want, and when you get those you will find newer and better things. That is the nature of this holographic reality. It will never be perfect because of contrast, because nothing can exist in here without it’s opposite.
